Can I use markers, pens, or crayons?
Absolutely! Truffle Tales' books are printed on 100lb card stock paper and pair nicely with crayons, pens, and markers!
We recommend placing a piece of paper behind each page when coloring with markers to help prevent bleed through.
Are the coloring books available digitally?
At this time, our coloring books are not available in digital format.
However, we do offer, downloadable coloring pages that are separate from our books.
Are the coloring book pages perforated?
The pages in our coloring books are not perforated at this time.

When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! Truffle Tales ships internationally to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?
Oops, it happens! If you entered the wrong shipping address, reach out right away through the contact page. If your order is still being prepared, we may be able to fix it.
Once an order is on it's way, address changes are not possible. If the package finds it's way back to truffles, we'll be in touch to help with next steps!

Do you offer returns?
We do not except returns. However, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out through the contact page.
We want every order to arrive safely and happily in your hands!
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately through the contact page if you wish to cancel your order. There is a 24 hour cancellation window.
We pack orders quickly, so we may not always be able to honor all cancellation requests. All sales are final for digital download products.
